Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility

We accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:

  • If you decide you do not want an item, it can be returned for a refund as long as it is in new, unused condition and in it's original unopened packaging. This refund will exclude the initial postage costs incurred by us for dispatch.

  • Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • The return request must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • When returning an item, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct postage is paid and that the goods are packaged sufficiently to avoid being damaged in transit.

  • If items are returned and confirmed as being faulty, we will refund reasonable postage costs, however we will not refund postage for items sent back for exchange or refund which have been bought in error or after investigation, have no faults.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us before sign the parcel and email us at [lisa@megamodelpro.com] with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will deal with the problem with in 24 hours.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping cost. 

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.


5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card again.

  2. Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
