1. We will send out your package via China Post, Yanwen, or 4PX within 3-5 business days. 2. We will inspect all packages to ensure that the models sent out are in good condition. If you need us to provide product pictures and videos before shipping, please leave us a message. 3. When you receive the package, be sure to open and inspect it before signing to confirm that the product is intact and undamaged. This is to avoid any damage to the model due to logistics reasons. 4. The forwarder charges based on volume weight or actual weight charges. They take the larger weight. So, some products weigh by volume weight. 5. If you have your own forwarder in China or Hong Kong, please contact us to remove the logistics charges.
